Welcome to Tic Tac Toe Multiplayer & AI! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides a digital platform to play Tic Tac Toe offline against an AI, locally with friends, or online.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

2. Online Multiplayer & User Conduct

Our online multiplayer feature allows you to connect with other players using a generated "Room ID".

You are responsible for sharing your Room ID securely. We are not responsible for any unauthorized players joining your room if you share your code publicly.

Harassment, cheating, or exploiting bugs during online gameplay is strictly prohibited.

3. Third-Party Services & Ads

The App uses third-party services including Supabase (for online multiplayer databases), Firebase (for app analytics and remote configurations), and Google AdMob (for displaying advertisements).

Your interactions with ads or third-party links are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to 3D models, UI designs, sounds, and code, are the property of Jatin Sharma and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be bug-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any data loss, device issues, or other damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
